Deputies with the Person County Sheriff’s Department arrested two teenagers Saturday in connection with the theft of farm equipment from a site on the Woodsdale Road.

The two were reportedly taken into custody near the site of the alleged thefts.

The two were Jason Travis Wade, 17, of 4656 Woodsdale Rd. and Andrew Scott Jordan, 18, of Hillsborough. Both were charged with felony counts of breaking and entering and larceny as well as misdemeanor charges of larceny.

Wade and Jordan were jailed under $5,000 secured bonds. The two are slated to appear in Person County District Court on June 10.
